Ce que fait WP Rocket lors de son activation

Dès l'activation, WP Rocket commencera à appliquer certaines optimisations afin d'améliorer le temps de chargement de votre site web, conformément aux bonnes pratiques en matière de performance web.

A ce stade, les fonctions automatiques de WP Rocket et les réglages par défaut seront appliqués au site web.

Remarque : WP Rocket peut ajuster les paramètres lorsque certains plugins, thèmes et environnements d'hébergement sont détectés. De plus, les paramètres peuvent être modifiés par un tiers.

Configurer les optimisations supplémentaires

Une fois WP Rocket activé, vous pouvez entrer dans la page de configuration de WP Rocket, et commencer à activer les optimisations supplémentaires à travers les onglets :

Remarque : les optimisations supplémentaires peuvent également endommager un site web ! Si vous constatez des problèmes après avoir activé l'une de ces options, désactivez-la d'abord, puis résolvez le problème.

Tester les améliorations de la vitesse

Afin de voir le plus grand impact que WP Rocket peut avoir sur votre site, vous devriez tester la vitesse après que les optimisations supplémentaires aient été configurées.

Vous pouvez utiliser différents outils pour tester la vitesse de votre site, mais l'outil PageSpeed de Google peut être considéré comme l'un des plus importants.

Afin de voir l'impact de WP Rocket, vous devez effectuer deux tests et comparer les résultats, comme indiqué ici.
